| General Comments |
This is a lot of house for the price with room for expansion. Centrally located in improving neighborhood, part of Mid-Town Association's area of focus. Large living room with good light. Great fenced, veggie garden. Fenced double lot yard with easy alley access for toys. Perfect for pups. Lot could be subdivided, but it is nice that its so big. Lots of perennials throughout including: 8 aspens, 5 types of berries, dahlias, Russian lavenders, etc.
New concrete counter-tops, wall texture and artistic touches throughout house. Nice light fixtures throughout downstairs. Lots of storage areas, and good/great sized closets.
I've lived in house with a roomie for few years. Before it was rented, and a really easy rental to maintain and keep occupied.
Will include exterior house paint with full price offer ( I know the color is ugly), and $1000 towards making it totally your own.
